Pure Desi Ghee Production:

After boiling, pure Milk is first treated to transform into Yogurt (Dahi). It is then churned to produce the Desi Makhan (Cheese) and Lassi (Buttermilk).When this Makhan in thick bottomed pot is heated on low flame to get the water evaporated, it converts into Fresh Desi Ghee that is an aromatic and healthy blessing of nature. This Fresh Pure Desi Ghee contains lot of health benefits and should be used in daily diet.
